Helen Vasilevski is a strategic advisor, skilled facilitator, and executive leader with wide-ranging value creation capability across the global consumer sector.  As a career intrapreneur, including executive roles as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Executive Officer, she has reshaped, transformed, built new business units and brands, and entered new markets; she has worked together with teams to scale companies sized from early-stage post-revenue to divisions with revenues up to $1bn. 


As a leader, Helen combines a dynamic, cross-cultural leadership style with an objective-driven approach to guide teams at inflection points and during periods of transformation.  Whether working with companies such as Procter & Gamble, Diageo, Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP), Ducati, MV Agusta, and Queen’s University directly or through the Boards and Advisory Councils on which she serves, she supports and inspires organizations and teams to strategize, crystalize, operationalize, and realize their goals.  


Helen's expansive industry background across the consumer sector combined with a rigorous insights-driven, audience-centric approach contribute to her ability to transfer and convey ideas across the public, non-profit, social impact, and for-profit segments (pre- & post-IPO including private-equity funded). Her depth and breadth of functional experience enables her to take a holistic view of key business levers of success integrating strategy, P&L management, consumer insights, product development, global marketing and sales, financial modeling and analysis, project management, productivity, user experience, and loyalty. 


She is recognized as a high-impact coach and mentor focused on each teams’ personal and professional development.  Helen connects ideas and supports, inspires, and challenges individuals' and teams’ thinking around profitable growth to enable them to create impact specifically across the areas of strategy, marketing, sales, and experiential activation.  She leverages a solid foundation in EDI and ESG principles.


Helen has headed up teams and organizations in the USA, Canada, Western and Eastern Europe, MEA, and Asia.  She has lived in 6 countries and added to her cultural experiences with travels to more than 80 countries across all 7 continents.   She holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University (Canada), an MBA from INSEAD (France), and various certificates for coaching, mentorship, diversity & inclusivity, and functional training.  She is fascinated by all elements of what makes people tick. She is also a super-fan of penguins.
